nostalgia
I'll miss all the football games I never went to
I'll miss not cheering at school events
I'll miss not being on the honor roll any term
I'll miss junior year
So
I'll see you at the football games next year
You'll hear me (actually... probably not)
Mom!!!!! I got an A!!!!!!

oops!
Hahahahahahahahahaha
Madison is my cousin who is one month older than me.
She came to visit in the summer a few years ago from Idaho.
My dads car has one of those back seats that can open up to see into the back trunk.
We thought it would be hilarious to hide in the trunk then jump out of the seat and scare him on his way to an appointment with a client.
I was helping Madison get in the trunk and all of the sudden my dad came out the front door so my first instinct was to push her all the way in and slam the trunk door and run to the back yard...
From around the corner I watched as my dad got in the car and drove away...
About an hour later he pulled up the driveway and came inside while talking on the phone.
I run to the car and open the trunk and Madison has tears streaming down her face and snot down her nose from crying.
I don't know if I have ever laughed harder than right then.
She tried getting mad at me but she couldn't speak that well because she had been screaming that whole time.
(This story might sound awful... but its not)
She explained to me that while he was driving she was being rolled all around by the motions of the car and screaming to the top of her lungs.
My dad always listens to NPR pretty loud so I wasn't surprised when she mentioned how he never heard her.
Anyways, the whole time I could not stop laughing and by that time my other cousin (her older sister) came out with my older brother and we explained to them what happened and us 3 could not stop laughing at her.
She got pretty mad and stormed to my backyard and was sitting on the edge of our hammock.
Few minutes later my cousin and I decided we would try and lighten the mood by sitting on the other side of the hammock to sort of flip her over. (bad idea)
I guess her finger was in a weird position so when we flipped her we ended up BREAKING HER FINGER!!!!!!
(It was funny, please don't feel bad for her)
Obviously she cried even more and my uncle came out and taped her finger to a popsicle stick
(he thinks he's a doctor... he sales real estate)
It was a very eventful day.

courage
I've always wanted to win an Instagram give-away, but never had the courage to tag 3 friends
I've always wanted to be rich and famous, but never had the courage to sing out loud
I've always wanted to be an athlete, but never had the courage to try out
I've always wanted to be intelligent, but never had the courage to ask a question
I've always wanted to be happy, but never had the courage to laugh out loud
I've always wanted to be a good sibling, but never had the courage to let them win
I've always wanted to be spiritual, but never had the courage to listen
I've always wanted to be a good daughter, but never had the courage to say "I love you"
I've always wanted to be an artist, but never had the courage to expand on my stick figure
I've always wanted to be myself, but never had the courage to let go of your view
